Congratulations Waffle and Melanie!

Waffle has been pre-matched at team training as a Facility Dog in Colorado!  We couldn't be more proud of her and also of Melanie for doing such a good job raising her.  Hopefully Lucy can follow in her sister's footsteps and also get placed with somebody awesome!

Treasure Hunt

At our training classes we've been talking about having the dogs develop their problem solving skills.

Sesame Street

While this doesn't have Lucy in it, I just love this video clip from Sesame Street :)

Cold Winter's Day

Brrr, it's sure been cold lately!

Catching Up: Christmas

Whew-our holidays came and went and I feel like I am just barely started breathing normal again.  Here are a few pictures from Christmas day :)

A barrel o' pupcorns
This picture is priceless just for both of their eyes!

What could it be???
(It's one of those dollar squeaky balls from PetsMart :))

Some of you may know that Shaun went to Kazakhstan for work right before Christmas.
On his way home, he had a mini vacation in London, and this is what he brought home for the dogs.

Mini Mincemeat pie, Strawberry Nougat, and Cherry

Patiently waiting to taste those yummy British treats :)

Lucy was festive all day and wore her Jingle Bell collar.

Training Time

Here are a few pictures from our training session last evening.

We were focusing on "downs" and "ups" on random surfaces.
